- Organizational Mapping – goals, value-creation and main challenges
- Understanding the societal sustainability transition – with the ABCD procedure of the FSSD
- Connecting the organization with the transition - with system analysis
- Identifying strategic and affordable pathways forward
Every level deepens this logic.
This is not a linear consultancy process.
It is a strucutred way to reason around sustainability in complex systems.
