Even the most robust transition roadmaps can fail in implementation if leadership alignment, ownership, and human capacity are not adequately addressed. As an optional add-on to our value-driven sustainability transition services, we offer a short, structured Implementation Capacity-Building Sprint for roadmap owners and key stakeholders. The sprint supports teams in translating roadmap insights into sustainable action by strengthening shared understanding, alignment, and the ability to navigate complexity during implementation. It is delivered remotely in a small number of guided sessions by an experienced sustainability leadership practitioner and can be integrated before, during, or after roadmap development, depending on the client’s needs.
