  • A: the vision of a sustainable society
  • B: the current reality (ecologically, socially, economically)
  • C: solution space (e.g. efficiency, renewable energy, electrification, digitalization)
  • D: societal business logic and prioritization
• Step 3 – Connect the test organization to the transition
  System analysis of how the test organization relates to the societal transition.
